• Handle payment processing or escrow services
• Provide warranties on supplier performance or product authenticity
• Accept liability for supplier misconduct or transaction disputes

Inquiry Submissions

By submitting an inquiry through the Octon Global website, you confirm that:

• Information provided is accurate and truthful.
• You are authorized to represent your company where applicable.
• Submission of an inquiry does not create a partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, or contractual obligation.
• Octon Global may contact you regarding your inquiry, sourcing requirements, supplier coordination, trade opportunities, and related business communications.

• Commercial agreements

• Successful transactions

All opportunities remain subject to independent review, verification, acceptance, compliance requirements, availability, and mutual agreement.

Force Majeure

Octon Global shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, failures, or inability to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
